LSPIRG provides a wide variety of training and resources to allow its members to effectively create social change.
Member resources include a wide selection of books, videos, and equipment such as digital cameras, audio recorders for research, a film quality video camera, button maker, laptops, and research kits.
Resources for Working Groups provide the means for you to start, fund, and expand your social-change project or event.
LSPIRG’s Certificate in Community Innovation training program gives members the chance to improve their skill-set and resume, gain valuable experience working with not-for-profits, and meet new like-minded people.
In addition, LSPIRG offers Anti-Oppression training and Custom training as well as Strategic planning and debriefing sessions for all workings groups, as well as Customized workshops for Working Groups to serve their specific training needs. Come talk to us and let us know what you need!
